Our thoughts are like Quantum objects, the building blocks of matter.
Quantum objects can appear both as a wave and as a particle. (A simple analogy would be water can be both fluid and solid.)
Thoughts move as waves. When a thought captures our attention, the interaction of our focus moves it from wave to particle. The causal effect is the manifestation of that thought stream into matter in our physical reality.
Self awareness of our thoughts is imperative to help us choose which thoughts we will give our attention to and which we will allow to flow on by.
Consciously mastering our thoughts is a powerful step in creating the reality of what we need, what we want and what is for our highest good. It helps us to discern positive thoughts from negative ones, which thoughts have been imprinted on us or influenced by others (which can be highly repetitive) and what we are picking up from the collective or from those around us. We can ignore the ‘rote’ thoughts and develop a ‘knowing’ of which thoughts are coming in from our highest self, our soul and our guides.
Emotional mastery can also come from recognition of our thought patterns. This helps us to realize when our thoughts are being impacted or manipulated by our emotions. It does not mean that we shut off our emotions. It assists in the process of feeling and experiencing these emotions, some of which are extremely traumatic, and then facilitates moving them through and out of our emotional bodies. This kind of mastery takes determination and perseverance but ultimately allows us to bring our system back in to balance and to feel more grounded. It helps us identify if the emotions and accompanying thoughts are truly ours, or if we are having empathetic reactions to someone else’s experience. This awareness helps us to become the compassionate observer and choose the thoughts that would serve the highest good for all.
Physical mastery assists us on a cellular level when we direct our thoughts to opening communication between our heart, our mind and all of the sentient cells that make up our physical body. Super charging our thoughts with healing mantras and powerful intentions of vibrating in perfect health and harmony, recognizes the healing abilities innate within us and strengthens the mind, body, heart/spirit connection. Focusing our thoughts on listening to our body helps to direct which impulses we follow in order to maintain the good health that we are creating.
Finally the next step in this process of self mastery is directing our thoughts out of the physical and into higher frequency streams of consciousness. This expands out thought process exponentially, giving us access to higher awareness, clearer intuition and telepathic communication, precognition, remote viewing and time travel. We travel through time whenever we fall into a daydream, have a memory that feels so real it’s as if we are there again, imagine a potential we would like to create for our future, have déjà vu or are dreaming.
Remember, our thoughts don’t have to be linear but are inter dimensional. What we consider imagination is reality in a higher vibration. And it’s becoming easier and easier to access as the collective consciousness is expanding through global communication. It’s a feeling of waking up from a dream. We no longer want our thoughts to be influenced by negativity in any form. We are deciding where we will focus our thoughts and thereby shift this reality we live in for the better.
And when our thought streams turn to loved ones, friends, or acquaintances who have passed on, remember it is our thoughts connecting with their energy, which is a constant. The way they contact us is to capture our attention through our thoughts. It is the same for other worldly beings we can connect with, when we raise our thoughts into higher streams of consciousness.
